We are a small, purpose‑driven agency that keeps our digital footprint modest while delivering high‑impact campaigns for household names and niche brands alike. We have an immediate opening for an Account Manager in our London office on our Talent & Influencer Integration Team. The ideal candidate has 5‑6 years of experience building trusting relationships, a creative and inventive voice, and a pulse on the latest talent and influencer trends. You should be an expert in social media and the current influencer landscape, and be comfortable voicing opinions that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies for earned and paid influencer campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, including influencer vetting/selection, messaging and social guidelines, contracting, management and day‑to‑day communication with influencer partners and teams, and analytical reporting.
- Editing and proofreading talent/influencer materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, client materials, memos, agendas, blog content, pitches, fact sheets, FAQs, briefing notes, travel itineraries and client correspondence.
- Support senior managers in achieving deliverables for a full roster of clients (average of 4‑6).
- Monitor news cycles and flag the latest “pop culture moments” and competitor news for clients.
- Assist with the creation of proposals as needed.
- Communicate effectively with senior managers on the status of requested tasks and projects.
- Assist in planning and executing talent/influencer‑focused events, including influencer events.
- Work with senior managers to communicate with clients and ensure needs and requests are taken care of efficiently.
- Mentor and teach junior staff.
You Should Apply If
- Have 5+ years of talent/influencer relations experience with proven success in executing earned and paid campaigns from strategy to completion, building well‑researched talent/influencer lists, drafting asks, compiling thorough client documents, and proactively identifying client opportunities and pop culture moments.
- Have extensive experience in the influencer space and feel confident conducting outreach to influencer reps and content creators for brand activations.
- Are aware of the latest social media trends and emerging platforms such as TikTok, Thriller, and Twitter; can name a plethora of influencers and have a pulse on who is up‑and‑coming or trending.
- Are eager and open to learning all aspects of integrated communications (media relations, social media, creative, brand integration, talent integration).
- Are a strong writer—persuasive, concise, creative, and quick; and support the Oxford comma.
- Possess outstanding research skills.
- Are eager to network and build connections in the entertainment industry.
- Bring new ideas to the table and love a good brainstorm.
- Have an innate curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Are incredibly organized, detail oriented, and able to excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Are willing to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary.
- Enjoy overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and take pride in being part of something good.

- Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- Experience working with a project manager on an integrated communications team (assisting with talent integration, media relations, social media, creative, brand integration).

- Previous experience using talent/influencer research tools like Celebrity Intelligence, IMDb Pro, Julius.
