We are based in London, with offices in Singapore, Glasgow, Cardiff and Milan.
Sunset+Vine is seeking an experienced and creative Series Producer to lead the development and delivery of a 15-part Prime Originals digital-first feature series, commissioned for Prime Video’s UEFA Champions League coverage. This Series Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of one long-form feature ahead of every Champions League round, from the league phase through to the second semi-final. Each feature will centre on an entertaining and editorially relevant interview with a high-profile subject connected to the club featured in Prime Video's upcoming match. The content will be distributed across Prime Video’s social platforms and integrated into the wider broadcast output. This is a hands-on, client-facing production role requiring proven experience in planning, directing, editing and delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines. As well as this key deliverable this role will form part of the wider UCL UK Editorial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce and deliver 15 compelling long form features (up to 30 minutes) each Friday ahead of every UEFA Champions League round, as part of the S+V Prime Champions League team.
- Deliver a shortened version of each feature for use in broadcast, along with a short promo.
- Identify and secure relevant contributors for each feature, in collaboration with the wider S+V editorial team.
- Manage all stages of production, including editorial planning, shoot logistics, directing, editing and final delivery.
- Collaborate with Prime Video’s Social team to ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style and messaging.
- Lead on creative storytelling, producing emotionally engaging, access-led features that resonate with Prime Video’s audience.
- Coordinate with S+V internal production teams, external crews, editors and talent managers.
- Ensure timely delivery of platform-appropriate content for both social and broadcast use.
- Maintain the highest editorial, visual and compliance standards across all outputs.
- When the schedule allows, edit the UEFA Champions League Preview Show each Monday ahead of the midweek fixtures.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Producer or Series Producer in sport, entertainment or documentary formats.
- Strong track record in developing and delivering digital-first video content, ideally in football or sports journalism.
- Strong editorial judgement, storytelling instincts and visual flair.
- Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles and working with talent and contributors.
- Confident in managing shoots on location and leading post-production.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines across a fixed series timeline.
- Strong working knowledge of editing systems and post-production workflows.
- A genuine passion for football, with a good knowledge of the UEFA Champions League and European clubs.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Fixed term contract September 2025 – May 2026.
- Based in London, with some potential for UK and European travel.
- Role may involve occasional weekend and unsociable hours to accommodate Champions League scheduling.
- Role will require being in the office (Hammersmith) for production meetings and edit days amongst others.
