PRODUCTION ASSISTANT for Sunset+Vine and Prime Video in London

Are you highly organised, practical and keen to build your career in sports production? We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our London-based Production Management team and support both our central team and the Prime Video core team.

Sunset+Vine , the sports arm of Tinopolis Group, is a global sports media company with major international host broadcast production contracts and UK and international broadcast commissions. We produce more than 2,000 hours of original sports programming each year, spanning live coverage, highlights and feature programming.

We are based in London, with offices in Singapore, Glasgow, Cardiff and Milan.

The opportunity

Based in our Hammersmith office, you will provide administrative and logistical support to Sunset+Vine's central team and the Prime Video core team, including the Prime Video UEFA Champions League UK production team.

This is a varied role at the centre of a busy sports production environment. You will help colleagues with travel, expenses, purchase orders, invoices and other essential production administration, with opportunities to support work across Sunset+Vine productions and occasionally attend UEFA Champions League matches in the UK and Europe.

We would love to hear from someone who enjoys keeping things organised, works well with others and approaches day-to-day problems calmly and practically.

What you will be doing

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team, including credit card returns, expenses and travel bookings.
• Support the Production Management team across Sunset+Vine productions when required.
• Help raise purchase orders through Proactis, our internal purchase order system, and process invoices promptly.
• Assist with collecting evidence and data for albert.
• Complete music cue returns using Soundmouse.
• Complete credit card reconciliations and team expenses.
• Support the Prime Video core team and Prime Video UEFA Champions League UK team.
• Manage travel bookings for the Prime Video core team.
• Complete credit card reconciliations and team expenses for the Prime Video team.
• Help send reports to the client following match rounds.
• Occasionally attend UEFA Champions League matches in the UK and Europe to support the Production Manager on site.

What we are looking for

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues across different teams.
• Excellent computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fixed-term contract from September or October 2026 to May 2027.
• The role is based in London. When not travelling for work, the successful candidate will need to work from the office at least three days per week.
• The role involves some unsociable hours, work on bank holidays and some weekend work on site when required.
