Sunset+Vine, the sports arm of Tinopolis Group, is a global sports media company with major international host broadcast production contracts and UK and international broadcast commissions. We produce more than 2,000 hours of original sports programming a year – a combination of live, highlights and feature programming. We are based in London, with offices in Glasgow, Cardiff, Milan and Singapore.
The Production Co-ordinator will be based at our Glasgow office, primarily working across our live sport productions for BBC ALBA. Note there will be a requirement to work on other productions across the company during the contract period. This position will be offered as a full-time contract.
The Production Coordinator will primarily support the Production Management team working across the administration, operational and logistical requirements for the smooth running of the programming and production team which includes all staff, freelancers, management and all on screen contributors. In addition to this the Production Coordinator will receive PA training and will be expected to PA live programmes.
Main Responsibilities- In close collaboration with the Production Manager, handle crew and facility logistics, including management of production team travel, accommodation and accreditation.
- In close collaboration with the Production Manager, contribute to the organisation and logistics for feature shoots, including putting together call sheets, schedules and risk assessments.
- Travel onsite to matches to coordinate match day access and production requirements.
- Assist the Production Manager with cost management, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and cost entry into cost managers.
- Complete credit card reconciliations and team expenses.
- Responsible for post‑production paperwork, including music cue returns, talent release forms and Silvermouse reporting including Diamond Diversity Reporting.
- Assist with Albert applications and reporting including Green Memos and evidence data collection.
- PA duties for live broadcast. Training will be provided.
- Highly organised administrator with a common sense and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience of pulling together call sheets, risk assessments, travel sheets and applying for accreditation under the guidance of a Production Manager.
- Strong teamwork, communication and multitasking skills.
- Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and of finance and music reporting software.
- Experience with Silvermouse desirable.
- Existing experience of working on site at outside broadcasts.
- Existing Gallery PA skills and experience are desirable but not essential – specific training will be given as part of this role.
- Gaelic language either written or spoken is desirable but not essential.
- Interest in sport and outside broadcasting is desirable.
Production will involve working some unsociable hours, bank holidays and weekend work as necessary. Expectation to work in the office or on location for a minimum 3 days per week, with the remainder (2 days) worked from home. This role may involve working onsite at various locations across the UK and worldwide.
