Sunset+Vine International is a media partnerships agency delivering distribution and measurable value, across the full spectrum of content outlets from television to news, digital/social and OTT. We have a proven track record in building global broadcast profiles for tier 1 and 2 sports, generating exposure for brands and governing bodies - including the IOC, FIFA, ECB, FEI, World Archery, World Chess and World Sailing as well as major brands Gillette and Exxon Mobil.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team to deliver on all-platform distribution strategies and help shape the department as the audience landscape changes.
Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of programme/rights sales, within the sports arena across all platforms.
- Understanding of advertiser funded (sponsored) programmes gained either from working within an agency or from direct experience of bartering programmes.
- Experience in presenting as part of a team, or individually, to new clients and channels.
- Ability to work to specific targets, whether growing media value year-on-year for AFP programmes, or achieving financial targets.
- Experience in producing sales forecasts for revenue-generating properties or other; ability to research and write proposals and experience in contract negotiation.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to develop relationships with local media agencies, sponsors, sales agents, broadcasters, social and digital platforms and communicating at all levels of the hierarchy.
