As a Senior Security Officer, we rely on you to:
- Maintain adequate and effective security measures for the hotel.
- Ensure maximum protection is given to the guests.
- Safeguard the hotel and guest properties against loss, damages and other untoward accidents.
- Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the day-to-day security operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property.
- Provide necessary assistance to guests and employees in a friendly and tactful manner.
- Enforce the company policy and procedures relating to safety and security.
- Respond to all incidents involving hotel guests and employees.
- Keep surveillance on potential criminals and activities to maintain peace and order within the hotel premises and take appropriate remedial action if necessary.
- Conduct investigations and submit reports on incidents affecting guests and employees.
- Carry out patrolling duties around and within the hotel compound.
- Perform access control duties at the Security Office and manage CCTV surveillance.
- Manage crowds and traffic controls during peak periods.
- Respond to all emergency situations including fire alarms, medical assistance and emergency evacuation.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Security Manager or Hotel Management.
