As a Bellman, you are the first point of contact with our guests as they enter the hotel. Your friendly personality will spark joy for our guests and make their welcome experience a truly memorable one. You are passionate about delivering true hospitality. You are in the know and always ready to assist our guests, either with their baggage delivery or calling for transportation for them to explore Singapore.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assisting guests with their luggage from the taxi/car/private transportation
  • Assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
  • Being aware of daily arrivals and departures with emphasis on VIPs
  • Communicating with different departments to welcome VIP guests
  • Assisting guests with the check-in/check-out process
  • Guiding the guest through the check-out process and answering basic billing enquiries
  • Providing basic information about the room e.g. directions, room type and basic features

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
  • Able to work night shifts, on weekends and public holidays
  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity in a luxury/lifestyle hotel
