We have an exciting opportunity for a charismatic and organised Maitre d' with a passion for hospitality to join our team at 19 Motcomb Street, part of Sunset Hospitality Group. About Us Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has expanded into London with the launch of three new venues in the prestigious Belgravia neighbourhood, now open at the iconic 19 Motcomb Street. Each concept offers a unique culinary experience to the city. SACHI presents refined Japanese Kappo dining with seasonal omakase menus and a rooftop terrace boasting panoramic views. Amélie serves bold Provenal flavours in a day-to-night setting. LUUM, a vibrant cocktail lounge, blends Latin American mixology with an energetic atmosphere.

The Role As the face of 19 Motcomb Street, you will be pivotal in creating an exceptional dining experience. Welcoming every guest with genuine warmth, you will build lasting relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits. With a charismatic presence and unparalleled attention to detail, you will embody the spirit and elegance of 19 Motcomb Street. You will manage the table plan, oversee reservations, and work closely with the Reception & Reservations Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the building.
About You
- Proven experience as a Maitre d' within luxury hospitality, multi-site experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and team members
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic and fast-paced environments
- In-depth knowledge of food, beverage, with a passion for hospitality
- Leadership qualities that inspire and develop a cohesive and motivated team
- Proactive approach to networking and business development
- Strong knowledge with reservations and table management
