About Us: Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has expanded into London with the launch of three new venues in the prestigious Belgravia neighbourhood, now open at the iconic Pantechnicon, 19 Motcomb Street. Each concept offers a unique culinary experience to the city. SACHI presents refined Japanese Kappo dining within seasonal omakase menus and a rooftop terrace boasting panoramic views. Amélie serves bold Provençal flavours in a day-to-night setting. LUUM, a vibrant cocktail lounge, blends Latin American mixology with an energetic atmosphere. Conceived in Tokyo by the famed Japanese-French record label, Café Kitsuné features classic pastries and cakes with a Japanese accent.

The Role: As our Door Ambassador, you will be the face of Pantechnicon, creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. You will set the tone with a warm, professional welcome, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. With your deep local knowledge, you will be a go-to person for recommendations, assisting with inquiries, and building genuine relationships with regulars and local residents. Your presence will help create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, making Pantechnicon a place where people feel at home from the moment they arrive.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, preferably multi-site experience
- Warm, approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with all guests
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Confident in building and maintaining relationships with guests, local businesses, and residents
- Discreet and professional, able to handle potentially sensitive situations with care
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
