We are now recruiting for a Programme Manager to join the Sunseeker family in Poole. As the Programme Manager, you will ensure ensure the successful management and delivery of the assigned projects and programmes as part of the strategy product road map in line with quality, cost and delivery targets. Ultimately leading to an improved Sunseeker International business profitability.
Example responsibilities include

Act as Programme Manager, focusing on delivery of assigned projects and programmes as part of the road map

Total ownership and accountability for delivery of the assigned programmes and projects in line with quality, cost and delivery

Support budgetary forecasting of the road map

Manage project team via departmental leads through a strong matrix organisation

Support competitive product strategy initiatives

Ensure all assigned projects are executed in line with PMO process

Support activities related to the efficiency of the PMO process and associated tools

To work with Training and Human Resources to support staff that would benefit from further development, enhancing staff knowledge and retention

Effective management of the team from recruitment, induction, day to day management, appraisals, any formal processes, and staff well-being

Degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing discipline or substantial capability in this field

Boat and yacht product knowledge and/or experience of highly engineered, bespoke luxury products (highly regarded)Significant Project/Programme management experience gained within a manufacturing industry

Project management process driven, ability to create and track to plans

Microsoft Project or similar experience
