We are now recruiting GRP Finishers to join the Sunseeker team. As a Sunseeker GRP Finisher, your work will be admired and respected in marinas across the world. The most suitable candidates for this role will have relevant experience in car body repair work or preferably experience within the marine industry. At Sunseeker Osprey Quay in Portland, Dorset, you will be working within a former naval aircraft hanger as part of a specialist team to support the manufacture of our award-winning product range.
Example responsibilities include:
- Finishing and repairing GRP structures.
- Preparing and releasing various sized moulds.
- Working as part of a small team to achieve production goals while maintaining impeccable quality.

Our working patterns: Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
Our pay rates:
- Basic hourly rates from £14.42 to £16.53, depending on experience.
- Overtime rates of up to £24.79 (x1.5 rate) and £33.06 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays).
