Join the world‑leading team behind Sunseeker International Ltd’s iconic luxury yachts. Our Technology Centre in Poole is looking for a skilled Upholsterer to help craft the exceptional interiors our brand is known for.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Upholstery Manufacturing Cell, creating both standard and bespoke upholstery to the highest standards of quality, precision and finish. You’ll work with a wide range of materials including leather, vinyl, foam and fabric, and collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure every yacht detail is perfect.
Responsibilities- Producing high‑quality internal and external upholstery
- Working from technical drawings, templates and specifications
- Using tools such as foam saws, heat guns and staple guns
- Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency within the cell
- Ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery are at the forefront of your work
- Experience in marine or furniture manufacturing
- Strong practical skills in cutting, templating, gluing, fitting and finishing
- Ability to read technical drawings
- A team‑focused and self‑motivated approach
- Flexibility to work across sites as needed
