Who We Are Seeking
We’re looking for a confident, motivated and peoplefocused Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Sunseeker International. You’ll be someone who naturally builds strong relationships, communicates with clarity and influence and thrives in a fastpaced environment where high standards and attention to detail are essential. You will have experience in recruitment or other customerfacing role, a solid understanding of key employment legislation and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. A Day in the Life
No two days in this role are the same. As a Talent Partner, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across all functions, supporting them to attract, assess and hire outstanding talent. Your day may include:
- running briefing sessions with hiring managers
- screening candidates and coordinating interviews
- partnering with agencies and external stakeholders
- managing candidate communication throughout the journey
- supporting improvements to our employer brand
- helping to shape and deliver our onboarding framework
You’ll be a trusted advisor, a proactive problem-solver and someone who champions a smooth, positive, engaging experience for every candidate who joins Sunseeker.
Example Responsibilities Include
- Delivering recruitment activity in line with strategic workforce plans and approved budgets
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and selection activities with key stakeholders
- Managing compliant screening processes, including Right to Work, Equality Act, and GDPR requirements
- Administering and improving candidate attraction channels across online, social media, events, and agency partners
- Acting as an employer brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience
- Developing and coordinating onboarding processes to support successful integration for new starters
To Be Considered for This Role You Should
- Have proven experience in recruitment or other customer-focused environment
- Possess a good working knowledge of relevant legislation (Equality Act, GDPR, Right to Work, etc.)
- Be an effective, eloquent communicator in person and over the phone
- Be proficient in MS Office and confident with IT systems
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure
- Bring proactive thinking, ownership and a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes
