We are seeking skilled GRP Laminators to join the Sunseeker team in Poole, Dorset. As a Sunseeker GRP Laminator, you will be fully involved throughout the production process of our hulls, decks, superstructures, and small moulds. You will use your experience with a variety of hand lay materials to prepare and release moulds of various sizes. You’ll be working within a team, ensuring the production targets are met whilst upholding a flawless standard of workmanship.
You’ll be based at one of our sites in Poole, Dorset - either on Poole Quay or West Quay Road. Wherever you work, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the build process of our superyachts and performance range and build a strong foundation from which to launch a successful career.
Our working patterns
- Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
Our pay rates
- Basic hourly rates from £14.42 to £16.53, depending on experience
- Overtime rates of up to £24.79 (x1.5 rate) and £33.06 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) - please note that Overtime is not guaranteed and it is allocated based on business needs at the time
