What the job involves

As a Senior Product Manager at Sunsave, you will be responsible for building technology that makes the power of decentralised energy accessible to all UK households. You will own the customer-facing experience from the moment a customer agrees to work with us, and create the roadmap for the installer-facing products our partners rely on to deliver projects at scale. You will also lead on internal tools our operations teams use to manage installations, and help us with new innovative products that accelerate our mission.

Your activities will include:

  • Obsessively engaging with customers, including internal teams and external users, to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback, translating insights into actionable product scope.
  • Engaging with multiple internal stakeholders including management, engineering team and data teams to support roadmap development and help build solutions to complex operational problems.
  • Quantifying the impact of a wide range of possible product opportunities to prioritise the roadmap for the operational product.
  • Architecting complex data structures and process flows to simplify our most critical operational processes relating to installing, managing, and optimising decentralised energy assets at scale.
