A delightful 3 year old boy seeks a long term nanny. Family requires support over 2 days per week on either a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Hours will become 9:30am until 3pm or 9:30am until 5pm as the nanny prefers. Initially, the child will require shorter days, building up hours as relationships grow.

The little boy has autism and a PDA profile. Previous experience caring for children with additional needs is preferred. A nanny who is comfortable offering a low demand approach is essential; you must be flexible with routine and activity changes considering the child's daily needs and emotions.

You will feel comfortable providing sole charge care with some shared care and working collaboratively with parents and the other long term nanny employed. You will have a genuine love for preschool children and be comfortable offering fun engaging child-led play at home and in the local area.

A car driver with own car for work purposes is essential. Previous professional childcare experience with checkable references is essential. Childcare qualifications and SEN experience are desirable.

Position to ideally start in September 2026; however, the family can offer an earlier or later start for the right nanny. Rate to reflect experience and qualifications, between £15-£20 gross per hour.
