Sunrise Nanny Agency are working with a wonderful family in Poole, BH14. The family seek a nanny to join them in caring for two girls, a baby and a 2 ½ year old. A long-term nanny is required for 22-30 hours per week over 2-3 days. The hours are Saturday and Sunday and one midweek day; the family is happy to agree on a set day. They would consider a nanny offering one long weekend day and one midweek day.
You will be supporting mum in caring for the baby and the little girl aged 2 ½ years old. Your main focus will be providing a fun, age-appropriate day for the little girl, proactively arranging outings to the beach, community events, farm, forest, etc., on a sole charge basis. You will also be confident working alongside mum, providing light support for the baby and assisting with meals, nursery duties, and family outings. In time, the nanny will provide sole charge of both children.
This is a wonderful job for a positive, confident, experienced nanny. You must hold previous nanny experience with checkable references. A car driver with their own car is required, and you should be confident caring for under 5s with a love for the outdoors and early years. A nanny who can offer flexibility and provide extra ad hoc hours, including days, overnights, and evening babysitting, is desirable.
The position is for 22-30 hours a week, starting from September. The family can offer settle-in hours immediately over weekdays and weekends. The rate will reflect qualifications and experience.
