Sunrise Nanny Agency offers an exciting new Live in Nanny job with a wonderful family based near Shaftesbury, Rural Dorset. The family has two boys aged 1 year and 6 years old. Hours are Monday until Friday, 40 hours per week. This position would suit a nanny with a love for the countryside.
You will spend your days providing sole charge and shared care with mum. You must enjoy being outside, exploring the local area, swimming, running with children, and playing engaging outdoor games. You will be an organised nanny with a genuine love for your career; you will enjoy providing age-appropriate educational play within the home and supporting with nursery duties.
You will be a car driver who is confident driving in the countryside. Previous professional experience with children under 8 years old with checkable references is required. Childcare qualifications are preferred, and a minimum of 3 years professional childcare experience is essential. A nanny who is comfortable accompanying the family on holiday twice a year is preferred. The family has a small dog, so the nanny must be comfortable around animals.
The family offers the nanny a brand new converted barn annex, a separate building to the house with a bedroom, bathroom, living area, and own parking space for the nanny's sole use. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are available in the main house or another outbuilding.
Rate to reflect experience. The ideal yearly salary is £34,320 gross per year. The position is ideally set to start on 31st August 2026, flexible for a great nanny.
