How to prepare for a job interview at Sunrise Nanny Agency

Know the Family

Showcase Your Experience

Be prepared to discuss your previous childcare experience in detail. Highlight specific examples where you've successfully supported children with homework or organised fun activities. Having checkable references is crucial, so ensure you can provide those if asked.

Prepare Questions

Have a few thoughtful questions ready to ask the family during the interview. This could be about their daily routines, preferred activities for the kids, or any specific expectations they have. It demonstrates your interest and helps you gauge if it’s the right fit for both parties.
