Sunrise Nanny Agency are working with a lovely family based near Sturminster Newton, Dorset. The family has four children aged 9 years, 7 years, 5 years, and 3 years old. They require a nanny to join their family offering full-time hours of 40+ hours Monday to Friday. The structure of hours can be discussed and mutually agreed between the nanny and family.
The position is ideally to start in July 2026, with flexibility for the right professional to start in August/September. This fantastic opportunity suits an experienced childcare professional with previous experience running a family home. You must be a car driver and very confident driving in rural areas/country roads. A car will be provided on duty.
The position is 50% nanny support and 50% household support. The right professional will feel confident providing care for multiple children on a sole charge or shared care basis. You will hold excellent knowledge of child development and feel confident offering fun, age-appropriate activities at home and within the local area.
You will be able to provide paid overnight support approximately 5 nights per month, with dates provided in advance. You will take pride in running a home, supporting with housekeeping including family laundry, bedding, ironing, tidying and organising the home, including children's bedrooms and communal areas, light cleaning (cleaners employed), keeping the kitchen tidied and organised, and providing healthy home-cooked meals.
The family live in a beautiful large 9-bedroom country home. They offer a competitive salary, with the agency recommending around £20 gross per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and number of hours agreed. Securing the right long-term professional who becomes part of the family is essential.
