Sunrise Nanny Agency has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nanny / housekeeper with a delightful family in Alresford, Hampshire. The family has triplets aged 2 years and a 3-year-old. They are seeking long-term support on a full-time basis over 5 days a week, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm, totalling 45 hours per week.
The nanny will share care of the four children with the mother for 2 days a week and have sole charge of the triplets for the other 3 days. The right nanny will hold an extensive career with in-depth knowledge of early years. You will feel comfortable working alongside the family, guiding on milestones and supporting them with all aspects of childcare, organisation, and housekeeping. The family has an established routine, including set sleep times for the children.
You will be confident and experienced in keeping the house organised, including laundry, tidying, organising spaces, and light cleaning as time allows around childcare (a cleaner is employed). A keen cook who is comfortable making family meals and batch cooking for the children is ideal. A car driver who is confident driving children is essential. Experience working for large families is preferred, and previous multiples experience is ideal. Previous professional nanny / housekeeping experience with children under 4 is essential, along with checkable professional references.
The position is to start on 21st September 2026, with the family hoping to have some handover time with the current nanny before the start date if possible. The previous nanny thoroughly recommends working with the family and it would suit a nanny who wishes to feel part of the family.
