The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
We provide a wide variety of care and facilities for children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years old. We accept childcare vouchers and provide funded places for 3–4 year olds and 2 year olds (subject to conditions). Our well‑established team of highly qualified and dedicated staff focuses on the welfare of the children entrusted to our care.
Responsibilities
- After completion, you will develop into a Level 3 practitioner, with the potential of a permanent position upon successful completion.
- Potential to transition into other childcare‑oriented roles, such as social work, teaching, managerial roles etc.
- Provide an excellent range of activities that ensure the child learns whilst having fun.
- Support childrens’ learning and development, including supporting planning and observations.
- Prepare and maintain the environment and resources for the children.
- Preparation of food for breakfast, snack and afternoon tea.
- Support childrens’ self‑help needs.
- Be creative and enthusiastic.
- Follow safeguarding rules.
- Undertake First Aid training as required.
- Undertake training as appropriate to meet any changes in standards or legal requirements.
- Ensure that all health and hygiene requirements are always adhered to.
- Gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification at the end of the course.
Apprenticeship & Training
All training is completed remotely via Teams; your tutor will be there to support you throughout and visit your setting. Online remote training sessions will take place once a week for the first 8 weeks and then as scheduled. You will complete your Level 3 Paediatric First Aid.
Working Hours
Apprentices are required to be flexible. Monday to Friday. Shifts to be confirmed.
