Expanding our UK operations, with a new office in Leicestershire, we are looking for an Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists visitors in a friendly, professional manner;
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed;
  • Organizes and schedules meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
  • Prepares and formats documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Maintains accurate records, databases, and filing systems;
  • Supports HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks;
  • Ensures the office environment is tidy, safe, and welcoming;
  • Performs various administrative tasks and assists company employees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role;
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
