Role purpose
We are hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer to implement AI and workflow systems directly into real business operations. This person will work across teams to understand how work gets done, deploy solutions into live workflows, and ensure adoption and business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with internal teams to understand workflows, bottlenecks, KPIs, and operating pain points
- Deploy AI tools, automations, and workflow systems into daily business use
- Configure integrations across Lark, POS, CRM, ecommerce, inventory, ads, and reporting systems
- Translate operating requirements into implementation plans and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and drive successful adoption
- Identify repeatable patterns that should become company-wide systems
- Bridge business teams and technical builders to ensure solutions work in reality
Requirements
- Strong technical and operational problem-solving ability
- Able to understand both business workflows and technical systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete processes
- Excellent communication and structured thinking
- High ownership and urgency
- Able to independently drive projects from discovery to rollout

- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, technical operations, or deployment roles
