Position Summary: Oversee the complete life span of a roofing project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange for the subcontractor crew to be on site for the appropriate job.
- Order roofing materials.
- Make confirmation calls with customers the day before the scheduled work.
- Oversee roof installations and take appropriate photos by following the daily checklist.
- Update the homeowner throughout the installation.
- Update the office staff throughout the installation.
- Ensure the quality of roof installation.
- Perform walkthroughs at the beginning of the job, during installation, and at closing to ensure that standards are met.
- Ensure the site is clean of debris upon completion.
- Call in for waste removal.
- Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve goals and objectives.

- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
- Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
