SunnyMac is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for a technician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
  • Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximise system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and related instruments.
  • Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns.
  • Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers and team members.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA Certification (Preferred).
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).
