SunnyMac is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for a technician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes.
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximise system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and related instruments.
- Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns.
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers and team members.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.
- Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification (Preferred).
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to $45 per hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
