Disability Support Worker – Supported Independent Living Homes

Location: Gordon | Permanent Part‑Timer

Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker who enjoys variety, meaningful work, and being part of a supportive team?िध Sunnyfield is seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join our Supported Independent Living Homes in Gordon.

This is a hands‑on role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting people to live independently, build confidence Velten enjoy life—all while working across a 24/7 rotating roster.

About the role:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Supporting meal preparation, household duties, and medication (as trained)
• Encouraging independence, choice, and skill‑building
• Supporting community access and social engagement
• Following individual support and behaviour support plans
• Completing shift notes and required documentation
• Working across days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

About you:

• Has previous experience working in Supported Independent Living Homes
• Is comfortable and flexible working a 24/7 roster
• Brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every shift
• Communicates well and works confidently both independently and in a team
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check
