Cooks Delights Ltd, an award-winning food service supplier, is seeking Chinese speakers to join its dynamic sales & marketing team. Candidates must have good communication skills and positive attitudes. The experience of working in sales or in restaurants is an advantage.
Job Description
- Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax.
- Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items.
- Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries.
- Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts.
- Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Sales experience, or experience working in restaurants.
- Good telephone communication skills.
