We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Packing/Production Operatives to join our client's busy food manufacturing team in Newcastle Emlyn. Enjoy total flexibility! This role allows you to accept or decline shifts based on your own availability, making it perfect for fitting around your existing commitments. (Please note: Packing shifts may occasionally finish earlier depending on production volume).

Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitoring the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Performing quality checks on products to identify and report any defects or damages.
- Assisting with the picking, packaging, and accurate labelling of finished products.
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all company policies.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude.
- While experience is welcomed, it is not essential.
- Due to the location, having your own transport is essential.
- Happy to work 11/12 hour shifts.
