Hours: Days & Night shifts (every other weekend off)

Our client is expanding their operations and needs a reliable, proactive Shift Engineer to help them scale. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same—transitioning seamlessly from scheduled preventive maintenance to rapid‑fire reactive repairs—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing scheduled tasks as allocated via the IFS Service and Maintenance system.
  • Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns across the plant to minimise downtime.
  • Applying a methodical approach to fault‑finding to ensure all repairs are completed ‘Right First Time.’
  • Maintaining high standards of operational safety across all process machinery.

Qualifications:

  • A time‑served apprenticeship within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working safely on complex process equipment (comprising both electrical and mechanical systems).
