Our client, Willow Joinery, is a well-established and growing joinery business specialising in high-quality bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products. They mix traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver exceptional quality. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a CAD Technician to join their friendly team.

The role: We are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician to help bring designs to life by producing accurate drawings for bespoke joinery projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop team to ensure that what is designed on-screen can be built perfectly in reality, maintaining high attention to detail throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings for bespoke joinery projects (from sash windows to stunning doors)
  • Working closely with skilled joiners to ensure everything can be built perfectly in the workshop
  • Keeping technical drawings up-to-date as projects move forward
  • Supporting the team and clients by ensuring all design details are spot-on
  • Maintaining clear communication regarding design specifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid CAD skills (2D/3D)
  • A sharp eye for detail – you naturally notice the little things
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do approach
  • Flexibility and reliability
