Responsibilities
- Preparing fresh food daily, including sandwiches, deli items and specials
- Ensuring every plate looks great and goes out to the highest standard
- Keeping the kitchen spotless – from fridges to floors; monitoring stock, updating records and communicating with the team
- Following food safety practices (temperature checks, allergen info, hygiene records)
- Supporting front‑of‑house and kitchen staff during busy times and working as a team
