Responsibilities- Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
- Ensuring the coffee bar is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and handling payments.
- Advising customers on our coffee offerings and helping them choose.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers.
- Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso machine operation, milk texturing, latte art, various brewing methods).
- Strong understanding of coffee beans and different roast profiles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
