We are looking for an experienced CCTV Service / Installations Engineer to join our growing team, covering South Wales. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, regular hours, and the chance to work with a respected leader in security and fire system solutions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of a wide range of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control. You’ll work with a diverse client base, delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive service visits
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
  • Service and maintain CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems
  • Maintain high professional and customer service standards
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive engineering team

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CCTV servicing or installation
  • Experience with intruder alarms (fire and access control experience is highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of BS5839, BSEN50131, or similar standards (advantageous)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and well organised
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel across South Wales
