Join our client’s team as a Senior Packing Operator and play a key role in delivering daily production targets while supporting the Packing Lead and wider team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help keep packing lines running smoothly, maintain high quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities- Support delivery of daily packing plans
- Operate manual and automated packing lines
- Complete quality checks, stock records, and production reports
- Champion food safety, GMP, hygiene, and H&S standards
- Reduce waste and respond quickly to issues
- Build strong working relationships across departments
- Manufacturing or packing experience (food preferred)
- Leadership or supervisor experience essential
- A reliable team player with good communication skills
- Someone who’s up for a new challenge as this is a new department
- Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computer systems
- FLT experience helpful (training provided)
- Must live within 40 minutes of Felinfach, Ceredigion and have own transport
