Our client, an Oil & Gas company located on the Pembrokeshire coast, is looking for a Reliability Manager to join their team.

Job Description/ The role: As Reliability Manager, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient operations, driving reliability improvements, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure equipment and systems run safely and reliably
  • Lead reliability improvement projects and manage resources
  • Provide expert advice on safety, standards, and operations
  • Oversee budgets and support a small team to achieve goals

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Working towards incorporated or chartered engineer status with a relevant engineering institution.
  • Several years’ experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors
