Make an Impact in Global Animal Nutrition
We’re looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join a growing Animal Nutrition Technical team in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the development and launch of innovative products for global markets.
Working closely with R&D, Technical, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll help bring products from concept to market while ensuring they meet the latest feed regulations and industry standards. If you enjoy combining science, regulatory expertise, and collaboration in an international environment, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.
This position is particularly well suited to someone early in their regulatory or technical career who is looking to build expertise within the animal nutrition or feed sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the animal nutrition product portfolio, including preparing regulatory dossiers for renewals and new product registrations
- Maintain product accreditations and certifications, including organic standards
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams on trial work required for regulatory submissions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including labels and technical data sheets in line with global feed regulations
- Respond to technical and regulatory queries relating to feed additives
- Assist with laboratory studies and regulatory reports where required
This role offers great exposure to the full product lifecycle, from development and trials through to global market registration.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferably Animal Sciences or Biological Sciences)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a food, feed, or animal nutrition environment (non-pharmaceutical)
- Graduates with at least 1 years placement experience in related environment welcome to apply
- Understanding of food and feed safety principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an international, multidisciplinary team
Highly Desirable
- Additional language skills

- Experience in feed or food regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of fermentation processes, silage inoculants, or freeze-drying technologies
