What you will be doing as a Process Operator:
- Working as part of a small team on a shift rotation pattern.
- Operate and control state-of-the-art processes within specified procedures and Critical Process Control Points.
- Support the efficient achievement of the production plan.
- Build a strong, collaborative and trusting working relationship with colleagues and counterparts within the Operations Department.
What you need as a Process Operator:
- IT savvy as the systems are state of the art and automated.
- Display a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Experience within the Food Processing/Dairy Industry with an understanding of HACCP (desirable).
- A mechanical or technical background would be desirable.
- Able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays on a rota basis (Rotating 4 weekly shift pattern).
- Live within a 40 minute commutable distance of the site in Felinfach, Near Lampeter (essential).
- Own transport required due to the site location and shift patterns - limited public transport.
