THE ROLE:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Acquiring Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Contentious Trusts and Estates
- Court of Protection work
- Residential Conveyancing (optional)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous PQE in Private Client Work
- A strong knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
