We are delighted to be supporting a well-established and friendly law firm in Tenbury Wells with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor. The Role
- Drafting Wills and advising on Estate Planning
- Handling Probate applications and Estate administration
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Trusts and Estates disputes
- Court of Protection matters (Optional)
- Residential Conveyancing
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Private Client law (PQE)
- A solid knowledge of the full range of Private Client matters
- The ability to manage your own caseload with care and confidence
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive, reliable, and approachable manner
