Our client: Our client, based in the picturesque coastal region of Pembrokeshire and operating within the Oil & Gas sector, are currently looking for x3 Maintenance Planners to join their Maintenance team.
Job Description/ The role: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing work packages for preventive maintenance tasks and modification activities within assigned technical areas. Their role includes scheduling inspections, overseeing modifications, and performing job safety analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans maintenance activities per defined workflows and ensures work readiness.
- Conducts site visits, identifies job requirements, and prepares documentation.
- Manages backlog, prioritizes tasks, and ensures PM work orders align with SAP schedules.
- Maintains accurate work order dates for compliance and reliability.
- Prepares materials, tools, and logistics, initiating requests as needed.
What we need from you:
- ONC/HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus a completed trade apprenticeship.
- Extensive maintenance and planning experience in the oil or gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK legislation, standards, and maintenance planning tools (CMMS/SAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
