Engineering Administrator Coordinator
Location: Nr Llandysul, Ceredigion
Working hours: M- F 8AM 4PM
DUTIES
- Lead and schedule activities for the Engineering Maintenance Department.
- Use and develop skills to allocate resources effectively for maintenance tasks
- Review completed work orders and service reports for GMP compliance, and provide data to address recurring downtime issues.
- Generate daily SCADA reports and manage the archiving of GMP documentation.
- Assist in developing and managing the PPM system.
- Oversee engineering stores operations, maintain accurate stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and complete annual stock checks.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience in either an engineering administration, maintenance administration, CMMS administration, facilities administration, or engineering support role.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
- Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers.
- Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management System, or enterprise asset management systems
- Understanding of engineering records, service contracts, and contractor management processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong document control and record management capability.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
