We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a respected and long-established practice in Tenbury Wells. The Role
- Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
- Landlord and Tenant matters (both commercial and residential)
- Residential conveyancing for long-standing clients
- Development acquisition and plot sales
- Option, overage, and promotion agreements
- Liaising with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
- Strong knowledge across all aspects of property law
- The ability to manage and progress a varied caseload confidently
- Experience with commercial and agricultural transactions and associated documents
- A detail-oriented, motivated, and dependable approach
