Engineering Administrator Coordinator Location: Nr Llandysul, Ceredigion Working hours: M- F 8AM – 4PM DUTIES… Lead and schedule activities for the Engineering Maintenance Department. Use and develop skills to allocate resources effectively for maintenance tasks Review completed work orders and service reports for GMP compliance, and provide data to address recurring downtime issues. Generate daily SCADA reports and manage the archiving of GMP documentation. Assist in developing and managing the PPM system. Oversee engineering stores operations, maintain accurate stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and complete annual stock checks. WHAT YOU WILL NEED.. Experience in either an engineering administration, maintenance administration, CMMS administration, facilities administration, or engineering support role. Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments is desirable. Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers. Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management System, or enterprise asset management systems Understanding of engineering records, service contracts, and contractor management processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong document control and record management capability. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
