We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our client's thriving, long-standing business in the rural town of Tenbury Wells. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to take over an existing and diverse caseload, with the potential for a future Partnership position.
DUTIES…
- Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
- Landlord and Tenant Matters, both commercial and residential
- Some residential conveyancing for long standing clients
- Development acquisition and plot Sales
- Option and overage agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Collaborating with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants
WHAT YOU WILL NEED...
- Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of property law
- Ability to manage your own caseload
- Competence in progressing commercial and agricultural property transactions and subsidiary documents
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and reliability are also essential.
