Please note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. We are currently looking for a part time Architecture teacher that will be part of our portfolio preparation team. We provide both online and in person classes where we help students prepare portfolios for their university application and the Architecture teacher will need to provide support for architecture and interior design perspective students.
Therefore, the candidate should have experience teaching students and provide excellent guidance as part of our 1-1, individual tuition. Candidates must have minimum Bachelor's level background in Architecture or Interior Design. We are looking for a passionate teacher that will provide excellent guidelines in developing architectural projects. The teacher must possess patience and willingness to deal with students who would like private tuition. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in architecture and interior design and a strong portfolio.
Pay: The pay rate is of £30 per hour. Hours vary according to the number of students that need to be overseen and are quite flexible. As the course provides mostly 1-1 individual tuition, the timetable is usually agreed in advance with each student (so to fit both the tutor's and the student's personal timetable). Hours start from 2 per day (per student) to a maximum of 6 during busy periods.
If you are interested in this position, please send us a copy of your CV along with a digital version of your portfolio and images/photos of your work IN THE CV (mandatory AND NOT TO BE INCLUDED ON A SEPARATE FILE) OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
