Salary: Up to £33,495 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part time hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the room team and daily activities.
- Oversee observations, assessments and planning.
- Maintain a safe, organised, high-quality environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
What You Need:
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE-approved).
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience leading a room or mentoring staff.
- Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
