The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues and recognize top performers.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising plans.

  • Previous experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
