Machine Operator in Headcorn

Our business is expanding rapidly, opening up new opportunities for passionate team members to join our successful journey. ​ We are looking for Machine Operator to join our team on a permanent contract. The key responsibilities required for this role are: * Set up and operate automated bottle-filling lines and labelling machinery. * Monitor required key parameters – speed, continuous and efficient workflow, precise fill levels, capping tightness, accurate label placement, etc. * Ensure all products are made to company specification * Ensure pre-start checks are carried out on required equipment and report any non-conformances * Complete required records and documentation * Ensure working area and the lines are kept clean and tidy. * Ensure all machinery/equipment is cleaned to a high standard. * Ensure efficient and effective shift change over, by minimizing downtime, compliance to GMP, and completed documentation. * Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene requirements. ​ Additional Benefits: Paid 30 minutes break Opportunity to earn more along with learning to operate more machineries Additional pay related to length of service Company pension Life insurance On-site parking This position has weekly rotation shifts of 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm 8 hour shift Monday to Friday.
