Sunlight Care Group is an established, CQC-regulated provider delivering high-quality homecare services across London. We are expanding our Children’s Services and are seeking experienced and compassionate Complex Children’s Care Workers to join our growing team in Hounslow.
You will be supporting children and young people with complex needs in their own homes and within the community. This is a highly rewarding role where you will play a key part in improving quality of life, promoting independence, and supporting families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children with complex needs
- Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and routines
- Deliver clinical and specialist care (where trained)
- Support emotional regulation and behavioural needs
- Facilitate community access and social activities
- Work in partnership with families and professionals
- Accurately record care delivery and report any concerns
- Autism and learning disabilities
- Challenging behaviours / behavioural support
- PEG feeding and complex clinical needs
- Physical disabilities and mobility support
- Safeguarding and high-risk care packages
- £18.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
